This gallery showcases selected images from a catalog I created for the collaborative exhibition between Hancock Shaker Village and the New Britain Museum of American Art.

The project was a unique opportunity to photograph a collection rooted in simplicity, craftsmanship, and spiritual depth. From finely crafted furniture and utilitarian objects to serene interiors and rare archival pieces, the work highlights the quiet beauty and intentionality of Shaker design.

Each image is a study in form, material, and light — created with deep respect for the handmade and the historic. My goal was to honor the objects not only as museum pieces, but as living expressions of an enduring philosophy.
